Returns & Exchanges Policy
If a PC arrives damaged or there is an issue with the PC then Customer must notify FunHeiTech Inc in writing and provide photos of any damage to the outer packaging and the Products, shortage, or other discrepancy (“Visual Defect”) or error in parts within three business days after receipt of the shipment; otherwise, Customer is deemed to have accepted the Products.
FunHeiTech Inc offers a 14-days free return and 28-day defective exchange on most products from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a refund, returned items must include all original packaging including interior and exterior packing foam and boxes,。 All accessories come with the product should be returned, such as manuals, software, and any gifts or codes from the initial purchase. All products must be in their original, re-salable condition, including the original software and operating system, and must be accompanied by the original invoice. Incomplete or physically damaged products will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any applicable shipping and handling fees. (A restocking fee or depreciation fee may be charged if the returned item does not meet the above policy requirements. We will email the detail of the charges and come with documents as proof.)

Certain items are non-returnable, including clearance items, custom-built systems, custom order items, open-box items, service, delivery, and installation fees, gift cards, pre-paid cards, as well as seasonal holiday goods.
