Domestic Shipping Policy
Fast, Free Shipping on Orders Over $100
Our fast, free shipping offer applies to all orders of FunHeiTech products from www.funheitech.com over $100 (before taxes, fees, and promo codes) that are shipped through Standard Delivery.
Shipment processing time
- All orders are processed within 2 business days once the payment approved. Processing time may vary on weekends or holidays.
- Orders shipped from our warehouse in Toronto. Delivery times vary based on the location of the recipient.
- Typically arrive within 2-3 business days for Ontario/Quebec/Manitoba, 5-7 business days for the rest of Canada.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

*Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Postal Service observed holidays.
*If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, you'll be notified and a full refund will be processed within 2 business days.
Shipment rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur depends on carrier, FunHeiTech Inc do not response for any delays.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 1 business day. Processing time may vary on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Area Restrictions
Shipping is not available in the following areas:
-Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut
*Please note: Shipping area restrictions may vary for large items. If an item can't be shipped to your address, you can double check with us by email.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship outside the Canada. The shipping rate and delivery time will vary depending on the destination.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
FunHeiTech Inc is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
FunHeiTech Inc is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
