How long will it take to get my orders?
- All orders are processed within 2 business days once payment has been approved. Processing time may vary on weekends or holidays.
- Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Toronto. Delivery times vary based on the location of the recipient.
- Orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days for Ontario/Quebec/Manitoba, 5-7 business days for the rest of Canada.

How do I track my order?
You may track your order on our website under Your Orders or Manage Order. In addition, we will email you the tracking information once your order has shipped.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods vary by product category. Please refer to the product page for specific details, or reach out to us for clarification.
If I have a components list can you build it for me?
Yes. If you already have a component list, we can build the system for you with a build service fee only.
If certain parts are unavailable, we may recommend high-quality alternative components with similar performance and compatibility.
Once the component list has been confirmed, we will provide a detailed quotation for the assembly service and any additional components if required.
What should I do if I experience issues with the computer?
If you experience any issues while using your computer, rest assured that help is available. Our dedicated after-sales technical support available 7 days a week, 12 hours a day. Simply reach out to us, and our experienced professionals will provide assistance and advice tailored to the issues you encounter.
How do I exchange or return a defective product I bought online?
We are happy to assist with returns or exchanges for eligible online purchases. FunHeiTech offers a 14-day return and 28-day defective item exchange garantee on most products from the date of delivery. Selected products may have different return and exchange policys. What if one of the items I had ordered online is now on back-order/unavailable?
If 1 or more items are on back-order after an online purchase has been processed, the customer will be contacted to either change or void the order.
Can I order a product and ask you to ship it to someone else?
Yes, you can. To ensure transaction security, we will need to complete a payment verification process. This will require the cardholder’s personal information, payment information, and authorization to ship to an address different from the billing address.
Once the payment verification is approved, we will be able to ship the PC to the address authorized by the cardholder. Orders may be cancelled if the payment information does not meet our security requirements.
Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases or businesses?

Is the RGB customizable?
Yes, All ARGB fans can sync with motherboard software, allowing up to 16 million color options or be turned off as you prefer.
Does it include WiFi&Bluetooth?
Yes, all of our PCs include built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth unless otherwise specified.
Can I upgrade this PC later?
Yes. The system is designed to be upgrade-friendly.
