● Accidental or intentional physical or liquid damage.
● Shipping / Return Costs: In order to use your warranty, you must either bring the PC us, or have it safely shipped back to our office. We are not liable for any shipping damages or expenses that may occur.
● Damage at connections such as DC jack, USB, Ethernet connectors.
● Loss or damage resulting from external causes such as, but not limited to, power surges, acts of nature (fire, flood, windstorm, hail etc.).
● Operation System, Software, including infections (virus, trojan, malware etc.), drivers, and non-compatible software.
● Any software/data loss or corruption due to system malfunction before or during the repair.
● Data backup or recovery service. If a reset of the operating system is necessary, backup and recovery of software or data is not included in the warranty.
● Product with removed or altered serial numbers.
● Loss or damage from mishandling, tampering, or modification.
● Change of the original setup and hardware configurations of the system unless such modifications were performed by FunHei Tech Inc. with such service records. This includes later upgrades or add-on components and defects caused by such components. Incompatibility issues of installing new hardware or software.
● Theft or loss of the product, software, data, or accessories.
● External accessories such as speakers, keyboard, touch pens, mouse, carrying bag, 3D glasses, remote controls, web cam, or any external bundled items.
● Financial, personal, or any other losses incurred during system downtime before, during, or after repair and/or servicing.
● Repair or service by an unauthorized third party.
● Improper use such as overclocking, crypto mining, or farming.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Can I order a product and ask you to ship it to someone else?
Yes, you can. To ensure transaction security, we will need to complete a payment verification process. This will require the cardholder’s personal information, payment information, and authorization to ship to an address different from the billing address.
Once the payment verification is approved, we will be able to ship the PC to the address authorized by the cardholder. Orders may be cancelled if the payment information does not meet our security requirements.
Do your products come with a warranty?

Is the RGB customizable?
Yes, All ARGB fans can sync with motherboard software, allowing up to 16 million color options or be turned off as you prefer.
If I have a components list can you build it for me?
Yes. If you already have a component list, we can build the system for you with a build service fee only.
If certain parts are unavailable, we may recommend high-quality alternative components with similar performance and compatibility.
Once the component list has been confirmed, we will provide a detailed quotation for the assembly service and any additional components if required.
Does it include WiFi&Bluetooth?
Yes, all of our PCs include built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth unless otherwise specified.
Can I upgrade this PC later?
Yes. The system is designed to be upgrade-friendly.

How do I track my order?

How do I exchange or return a defective product I bought online?

What if one of the items I had ordered online is now on back-order/unavailable?
